Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of iterateTo during its free beta. By creating an account or installing the widget, you agree to them.
Template. This document is a starting point, not legal advice. Review it with legal counsel and tailor it to your business before relying on it in production.
1. Beta service
iterateTo is offered free of charge during a beta period. The service is under active development: features may change, be added, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We may introduce usage limits or paid plans in the future, and we will give reasonable notice before charging for continued use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and organization, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for ensuring that everyone you invite complies with these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use iterateTo to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate any applicable data-protection obligations;
- collect feedback deceptively, or capture data from people without a lawful basis and appropriate notice;
- upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, probe or scan it without permission, or circumvent rate limits and spam controls;
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as intended through your own product;
- submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or that you have no right to share.
You are responsible for the feedback and other data you collect and for providing your own users with any notices and choices the law requires. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the feedback and other data you collect through iterateTo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to operate the service for you, and to create aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you or your users.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not commit to any uptime or support level during beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the deletion terms in our DPA.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that captured screenshots will always mask every sensitive element.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iterateTo and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Because the service is provided free during beta, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms is limited to USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold iterateTo harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
